Coach Temporary Sales Associate in Gretna, Nebraska. $15–$19.25/hr. Luxury retail role with benefits including health insurance and 401(k).
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience, with luxury retail preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, mobile POS, iPad, and laptop technologies
- Ability to read price sheets and retail signage
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background, social media expertise, or experience with live-stream shopping and video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling, data acquisition, and analytics skills (preferred)

Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail environment preferred. A combination of education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no formal post-secondary degree required. Education and experience combination will be evaluated.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
