Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Gretna, Nebraska — retail sales role at Nebraska Crossing Outlets with mobile POS and clienteling responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use Mobile POS, iPad/laptop tools, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, floor presentation and stockroom organisation; follow asset protection and POS procedures.
  • Source new customers, conduct follow-ups to close sales and support omni-channel fulfilment activities.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand training initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Adapt behaviour based on feedback, maintain a calm professional demeanour, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS.
  • Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price/release sheets accurately.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and manoeuvre in retail and stockroom environments.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
