Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for the brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use Mobile POS, iPad/laptop tools, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, floor presentation and stockroom organisation; follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Source new customers, conduct follow-ups to close sales and support omni-channel fulfilment activities.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand training initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Adapt behaviour based on feedback, maintain a calm professional demeanour, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS.
- Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price/release sheets accurately.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and manoeuvre in retail and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience strongly preferred. Experience with social selling, live-stream shopping or video demos is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
