Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part‑time Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling and closing sales.
- Operate mobile POS and complete transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, cash wrap, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of customer‑facing sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred and will be viewed favourably.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
