Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Support Associate in Destin, FL to deliver exceptional client service and drive retail sales (Coach, Destin).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in line with brand standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Maintain a well‑organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to training and participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; familiarity with clienteling platforms.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs); capable of climbing, bending and kneeling as required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable success against individual sales targets are preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

This position is based in Destin, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Pensacola.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
