Coach in Dawsonville, GA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through styling expertise, product knowledge, and proactive outreach to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: manage cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual standards and store presentation; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection and POS procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic and changing business needs while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet KPIs; social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform stockroom and sales‑floor physical tasks.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail and demonstrable success meeting sales targets is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered. Retail- or fashion-related training is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
