Coach in Cypress, TX is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury clienteling, drive sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage cash wrap, handle returns/exchanges/online pickups, and maintain stockroom and sales floor standards.
- Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, replenish stock, and manage product movement—and assist visual merchandising efforts.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating foot traffic and multitask on the floor while maintaining high energy and professional composure.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems (Mobile POS, iPad/laptop) and familiarity with clienteling tools and sales reporting.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail-, fashion- or customer-service-related post-secondary education is a plus. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
