Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver an elevated, personalised shopping experience and build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Source new customers, follow up to close sales and support omni-channel fulfilment and clienteling activities.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and familiarity with Mobile POS (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use and basic retail technology.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Capable of regular lifting of 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling and moving merchandise in a retail environment.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video product demos is preferred.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and omni-channel selling is preferred.
