Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, close sales and promote omni-channel purchases.
- Operate the cash wrap and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Support daily store operations: receive and process inventory, replenish floor and stockroom, perform visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
- Adhere to POS, loss prevention and asset-protection procedures while keeping sales floor and stockroom organized and service-ready.
- Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers with composure, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons; able to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver in a stockroom environment.
- Preferred: social media savviness, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and customer data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and executing clienteling initiatives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
