Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Chicago (444 N. Michigan Ave.) to deliver luxury service, drive omni‑channel sales, and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador delivering elevated, personalized luxury shopping experiences in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and disciplined execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social/short-form video platforms to capture customer data and convert omni‑channel engagements into sales.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles including receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs and maintain a calm, professional demeanour during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute cross-selling/upselling strategies.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and move throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of direct retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management and meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
