Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required to support team objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad and laptop), mobile POS platforms, and walkie-talkies
  • Ability to read price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
