Coach in Calgary, Alberta seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni‑channel sales at Chinook Centre.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive outreach.
  • Drive revenue by executing cross-sell and upsell strategies, meeting personal and store KPIs and developing individual sales plans.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools—mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling/short‑form video—to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Manage transactions and omnichannel fulfilment efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
  • Source new customers on the sales floor, perform follow‑up to close sales and support client acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain a high‑energy presence on the floor, multitask across competing customer needs and adapt selling techniques to business priorities.
  • Support inventory cycles and loss‑prevention procedures; follow POS and asset protection policies.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and operate in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/Mobile POS); basic computer literacy.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
