Coach in New York seeks a Sales Associate III to drive boutique sales and deliver elevated client experiences at its flagship store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through proactive selling, personalized clienteling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via in-store appointments, private client events and post-sale engagement to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Deliver exemplary brand representation by conveying product provenance, materials and craftsmanship while advising on styling and cross-selling across categories.
- Maintain boutique standards: execute visual merchandising directives, ensure presentation and stock levels, and uphold housekeeping and product display protocols.
- Operate point-of-sale, handle transactions and returns accurately, and ensure cash and electronic payment reconciliation in line with policies.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Act as a role model for junior staff by sharing selling techniques, brand knowledge and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in premium or luxury retail with demonstrable sales results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and client relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen and numeracy for meeting targets and managing transactions.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of direct selling experience within luxury, premium or fashion retail; prior boutique or brand-house experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and to build repeat client business.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail, fashion or customer-service certification is a plus.
