Coach in Blackwood, NJ seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury omni-channel client service and achieve sales goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalised client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling to convert traffic and maximise average transaction value.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by developing and following personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling strategically.
- Perform daily store operations including transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well-organised, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom, adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand training and initiatives, and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop).
- Comfortable using clienteling tools and data-acquisition techniques to build and retain client relationships.
- Social-media savvy with familiarity in short-form video and live-stream shopping (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform stockroom duties involving bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of direct sales experience; previous luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Blackwood, New Jersey, USA, with easy access to Philadelphia.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
