Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Berlin to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales through personalized client service and omni-channel engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales and foster loyalty
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate adaptability and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Ability to read price sheets and release materials
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
- Luxury retail background, social media expertise, and live-stream or video content experience (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting. A combination of equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered. Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Further education or fashion-related qualifications are not required but may enhance candidacy.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 31,200 to EUR 33,000 per annum.
