Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards through elevated, personalized client interactions.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Sell through omni-channel tools: operate Mobile POS, capture client data with clienteling tools, and engage customers via social selling and short-form video/live-stream demos.
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom and comply with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform physical tasks including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and bending, climbing and kneeling as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience or willingness to participate in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and digital clienteling (preferred).
  • Availability for flexible scheduling to meet business needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physical capability to perform stockroom and merchandising activities, including regular lifting of 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred. Combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
