Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Drive individual and store sales through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and tailored styling recommendations.
  • Employ omni-channel sales methods including Mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture customer data and convert traffic into repeat business.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
  • Manage transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Support stockroom operations: receive shipments, stock shelves, assist inventory cycles and ensure product movement and availability on the floor.
  • Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Practical experience using POS systems and basic computer devices; comfortable with Mobile POS and tablet-based selling.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, social selling and short-form video or live-stream shopping is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to feedback while maintaining professional composure.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
