Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and bespoke styling advice to build lasting client relationships.
  • Drive store and personal sales through cross‑selling, upselling and targeted recommendations to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use omni‑channel tools to capture client data and close sales, including mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling.
  • Create short‑form video or live product demonstrations as required to support social selling initiatives and live‑stream shopping.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and follow POS procedures.
  • Support inventory activities: receive shipments, replenish stock, and assist with inventory cycles and stockroom organization.
  • Maintain floor standards including visual merchandising, housekeeping of the sales floor and stockroom, and adherence to asset protection policies.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently and sustain high energy on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functional areas, participate in brand training, and contribute to an inclusive, high‑performance team culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable with walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live demonstrations preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
