Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through one-to-one styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales across channels.
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to maintain professional standards.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment that encourages team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to work at a fast pace, manage multiple customers and meet sales objectives.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with clienteling workflows.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a busy retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred; experience with omnichannel selling, clienteling and social/live commerce is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or equivalent practical retail experience will be considered.
