Coach seeks a Casual Sales Associate in New York — part‑time retail role delivering client service, selling leather goods and supporting store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and achieve individual sales targets through active client engagement and product expertise.
  • Build and maintain client relationships via proactive clienteling, follow‑up and CRM updates to drive repeat business.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation according to brand standards to optimise selling space and conversion.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, handle cash/transactions and process returns/exchanges in line with store policies.
  • Receive, unpack and process merchandise, maintain stockroom organisation and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Support loss‑prevention measures, maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with health, safety and operational procedures.
  • Participate in store events, promotions and team briefings; adapt to changing priorities during peak trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality client service; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Reliable team player capable of working in a fast‑paced store environment and meeting sales targets.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.
