Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised customer service aligned with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and other sales technologies to complete transactions, capture client data and support omnichannel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Leverage social selling and short-form video to acquire customers and showcase product; participate in live-stream shopping or video demos when required.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to training and brand initiatives, and uphold a professional, calm demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury retail environments and who have experience in omnichannel selling, clienteling and social or live-stream commerce.
