Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organised cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and interstore transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
- Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with sales colleagues and store management.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping and safety standards across the store.
- Contribute to local brand representation and social media engagement as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of POS systems, Mobile POS, and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop and internet navigation).
- Familiarity with inventory procedures, price/product release sheets and use of communication devices (walkie talkie).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre through sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience is required, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer-service training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
