Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily cash operations including opening/closing tills, cash counts and end-of-day reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Operate and troubleshoot point-of-sale systems; process sales, returns, exchanges and multi-tender transactions with discretion and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach and schedule front-of-house cash team members to deliver elevated client service and meet store KPIs.
  • Enforce loss-prevention procedures and cash controls; escalate discrepancies and incidents to store management promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily cash reports and support inventory or audit procedures as required.
  • Maintain luxury service standards at the point of sale, including clienteling, upsell opportunities and discreet handling of high-value transactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality vocational training preferred.
  • Proven cash-handling experience with demonstrated accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience supervising or leading a small retail team.
