Coach Cashier position in Gyeonggi-Do, South Korea. Part-time retail role with POS system experience and customer service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating positive lasting impressions
  • Promote the Coach Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as an ambassador for the loyalty initiative
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies and audit procedures
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly to supervisors
  • Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational standards
  • Work flexibly across nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong English language proficiency
