Coach in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a part-time Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap and support retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, friendly service at the cashwrap; greet customers and create a lasting brand impression.
- Operate point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing sales, returns, repairs, and exchanges per company standards.
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain strict cash handling, media management and compliance with company policies; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap organised and presentable; monitor and report equipment or operational issues promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak season and high-traffic retail days.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment with variable scheduling.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of hands-on cashier or retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
