Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and brand-accurate service at the cashwrap, greeting guests and creating a lasting positive impression.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately: process sales, returns, repairs and damaged-goods transactions in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain cash-handling accuracy and media management; complete end-of-shift audits and reconcile tills with management.
- Promote the Insider loyalty program, gift cards and appropriate add-on sales while adhering to service standards.
- Keep the cashwrap and equipment organized and operational; report and escalate technical or stockroom issues promptly.
- Support team capability by assisting with training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
- Perform light-to-moderate stockroom duties and lift shipments regularly (ability to lift at least 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable accuracy in cash handling and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile retail technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles is required; prior experience in luxury retail or boutique environments is preferred. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Washington, Pennsylvania, USA, with easy access to Pittsburgh.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
