Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and brand‑appropriate service at the cashwrap, ensuring a positive last impression for every customer.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately; manage cash, media and electronic transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and relevant add‑on items to drive attach rates and sales goals.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged‑goods transactions per company standards and complete end‑of‑shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap and monitor POS equipment; report any issues to management promptly.
- Support team development by assisting in training and mentoring less experienced cashiers to uphold service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling, media management and transactional compliance.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment and to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak season and holidays).
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong verbal English proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of cashier or retail experience; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Vero Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to West Palm Beach.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
