Coach is hiring a part-time Cashier in Texas City, TX (South Houston) — join Coach and deliver exceptional cashwrap service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap and create a memorable brand impression for every client.
- Operate POS systems accurately — process sales, returns, repairs and exchanges in compliance with company standards.
- Manage cash handling and media reconciliation; complete end-of-shift audits and report discrepancies.
- Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and ancillary add-on sales to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain an organized, service-ready cashwrap; monitor equipment functionality and escalate issues promptly.
- Assist in onboarding, training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling, media management and POS operation.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and performing sales floor/stockroom tasks.
- Strong verbal English communication skills.

At least 1 year of cashier or retail experience; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
