Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily cashier operations, ensuring accurate, efficient point-of-sale transactions and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
  • Reconcile tills, prepare deposits and resolve variances; conduct regular cash audits and close-of-day reporting.
  • Coach, train and mentor front‑of‑house staff on transaction protocols, client interaction standards and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Coordinate opening and closing procedures and support visual merchandising and store-floor readiness during peak periods.
