- Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate a small team in a retail environment.
- High attention to detail and solid numerical aptitude.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, client-focused manner appropriate to a luxury retail setting.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead cashier role; prior experience in a premium or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post-secondary coursework in retail, hospitality or business is advantageous.
