Coach Lead Cashier (Part-Time) in North Bend, WA – Deliver exceptional customer service, manage POS systems, and mentor team members. $15.00–$21.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift card offerings to enhance customer engagement and revenue
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all financial and operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; conduct end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and operationally ready; monitor equipment and report issues promptly to management
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail background. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
