Coach hiring Lead Cashier in Merrimack, New Hampshire. $15–$19.50/hr, part-time position with retail and customer service focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly to create lasting impressions
- Act as an Insider Program ambassador and promote add-on sales and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and full compliance with company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Train and mentor cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
