The Cashier delivers friendly, accurate checkout service at Coach’s Sawgrass Mills store in Sunrise, Florida, while supporting cashwrap operations and cashier training. This is a temporary, part-time role with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional checkout service, greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
- Represent the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
- Handle cash and media accurately and comply with all policies.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged goods according to company standards, and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap organised and clean, monitor equipment and promptly report issues.
- Assist with training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.
