Coach is hiring a part-time Cashier in Round Rock, TX — deliver exceptional checkout service and support cashwrap operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and accurate service at the cashwrap, creating a positive, branded customer experience.
- Operate POS systems and mobile checkout technology; process sales, returns, repairs and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure precision in cash handling, payment media management and end-of-shift audits to maintain operational integrity.
- Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and relevant add-on sales to maximise transaction value and customer engagement.
- Maintain an organized, functional cashwrap area; monitor equipment and promptly report malfunctions or supply needs.
- Support onboarding, training and informal mentoring of less experienced cashiers to uphold service and operational standards.
- Comply with loss-prevention procedures, safety guidelines and ADA accommodation practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashiering or retail environments; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven familiarity with POS systems, mobile point-of-sale technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting and to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cashier or retail roles; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Round Rock, Texas, USA, with easy access to Austin.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
