Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient service at the cashwrap and create a positive, lasting impression for every customer.
  • Operate POS systems accurately; handle cash, card and other media with precision and comply with company policies.
  • Promote the Insider program, add-on sales and gift cards to drive conversion and average transaction value.
  • Process returns, repairs and damaged goods per company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
  • Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Support training and mentoring of other cashiers to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
  • Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and manoeuvre between sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong verbal English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, interpersonal savvy and ability to perform under pressure.
