Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap and ensure a positive final impression of the brand.
  • Promote the Insider loyalty program, gift cards and relevant add‑on sales to maximise average transaction value.
  • Accurately manage cash handling, payment media, and POS transactions; comply with all cash control and loss‑prevention policies.
  • Process returns, repairs and damaged‑goods workflows in accordance with company standards; perform end‑of‑shift audits with management.
  • Maintain an organised, hygienic cashwrap; monitor checkout equipment and promptly report operational issues.
  • Support team development by training and mentoring junior cashiers on service standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment and flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Experience
