Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap, ensuring a high-quality final impression for every client.
  • Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, repairs, and exchanges in accordance with company standards.
  • Promote the Insider Program, gift cards, and relevant add-on sales to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling, media management and end-of-shift audits; escalate discrepancies per policy.
  • Keep the cashwrap and related equipment organised and operational; report malfunctions and supply needs promptly.
  • Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to maintain service consistency and operational excellence.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including stockroom movement and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods and public holidays).
  • Strong verbal English proficiency.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and kneel.

Experience

At least one year of hands-on cashier or retail experience; prior luxury retail or high-volume store experience is preferred. Experience training or mentoring peers is an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
