Coach Temporary Cashier position in Orlando, FL. Part-time role offering luxury retail experience, $15–$21.75/hr with comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout with warm greetings and genuine interactions, creating a lasting positive impression aligned with Coach Service standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile technology while maintaining strict cash handling procedures and compliance protocols
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards, acting as a brand ambassador during all customer interactions
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods in accordance with company procedures and complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Maintain a clean and organized cashwrap; monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to ensure consistent upholding of service and operational excellence standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom areas
