Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating positive, lasting impressions
  • Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift card offerings
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and full compliance with company policies
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report any issues promptly
  • Assist in training and mentoring fellow cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
  • Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days
