Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, warm and efficient customer service at the cashwrap, representing the Coach brand and service standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, exchanges, repairs and gift card transactions accurately and compliantly.
- Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling, media management and end-of-shift audits; escalate discrepancies to management.
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales and gift cards to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
- Keep the cashwrap organised and operational—monitor equipment, report issues, and ensure a tidy presentation.
- Assist in training, mentoring and supporting fellow cashiers to uphold operational excellence and consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with POS systems and basic computer/mobile technology.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to bend, climb and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- High level of English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cashier or retail positions; prior luxury or premium retail experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
