Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, brand‑consistent service at the cashwrap; greet customers and create a lasting impression.
  • Operate POS systems and mobile checkout technology accurately and efficiently.
  • Execute cash handling, media management and end‑of‑shift audits in compliance with company policies.
  • Promote the Insider Program, add‑on sales and gift cards to drive conversion and AUR.
  • Process returns, repairs and damaged goods per company standards and document transactions appropriately.
  • Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor and report equipment or stockroom issues promptly.
  • Support team development by training and mentoring junior cashiers and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven accuracy in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year in cashier or frontline retail positions; previous luxury or premium retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
