Coach seeks an experienced Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression
- Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales and gift card adoption
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)

Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
