Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) with accuracy, processing sales, returns, exchanges and multi‑tender transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage cash handling and drawer reconciliation, ensuring adherence to cash-control and loss-prevention policies.
  • Deliver high-calibre client service: actively engage customers, drive conversion through product knowledge and appropriate cross-sell/up-sell.
  • Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and at the checkout, ensuring merchandise presentation and store housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the store team on daily operational tasks, including stock replenishment, inventory counts and receiving procedures.
  • Report and escalate customer issues, discrepancies or suspicious activity to store leadership in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail, hospitality or customer-service training advantageous.
  • Proven experience with cash handling and POS operations; prior retail experience preferred, luxury retail experience a plus.
  • Demonstrable numeracy, attention to detail and integrity in financial transactions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work retail shifts including evenings, weekends and peak sale periods.

Experience
