Coach Cashier in Mirabel, QC: Luxury retail checkout associate, $17.60-$22.00/hr, part-time position at Montreal Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout with warm greetings and professional demeanor, creating lasting positive impressions
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged merchandise according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized, clean, and functional; monitor equipment and report issues promptly to management
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence standards
- Manage flexible scheduling to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (up to 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles (luxury retail experience preferred)
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
