Coach Cashier position in Miami, Florida, with checkout service, cash handling, and cashier training responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service at checkout, warmly greeting customers and creating a lasting impression.
- Represent the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
- Handle cash and payment media accurately and comply with all policies.
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap clean and organized, monitor equipment, and promptly report issues.
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
