Coach Cashier position in Miami, Florida. Deliver customer service at checkout while maintaining accuracy and supporting team development in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly to create lasting impressions
- Act as an ambassador for the Coach Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Lift merchandise and stock materials regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills and strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise and materials
