Coach — Miami, FL (Dolphin Mall): Part-time Cashier role delivering exceptional checkout service and promoting the Insider program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and accurate customer service at the cash wrap, creating a lasting brand impression.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, repairs and exchanges in accordance with company standards.
- Promote the Insider loyalty program, add-on sales and gift cards to maximize average transaction value.
- Maintain strict cash-handling accuracy, complete end-of-shift audits and ensure compliance with media management policies.
- Keep the cash wrap and adjacent areas organized and presentable; monitor and report equipment or technology issues promptly.
- Assist in training, mentoring and coaching junior cashiers to sustain service and operational excellence.
- Perform physical tasks including stock movement and occasional lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and reconciliation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior experience in cashier or retail positions; experience in luxury retail or premium brand environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
