Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap; greet customers warmly and create a lasting brand impression.
- Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions, returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards.
- Promote the Insider Program, gift cards, and relevant add-on sales to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain strict cash-handling procedures and media management; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap and equipment organised and report operational or equipment issues promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring fellow cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable accuracy in cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong verbal English proficiency.

At least one year of cashier or retail experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
