Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient, and brand‑appropriate customer service at the cashwrap, creating a lasting positive impression.
- Process sales transactions, returns, repairs, exchanges, and damaged goods in accordance with company standards and POS procedures.
- Promote the Insider Program, add‑on sales, and gift cards to maximise client value and conversion.
- Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling, media management and end‑of‑shift audits; escalate discrepancies promptly.
- Keep the cashwrap organised and operational; monitor and report equipment issues and requisition supplies as needed.
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold Coach service standards and operational best practices.
- Adhere to company policies, loss‑prevention protocols and compliance requirements while supporting a fast‑paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Strong verbal English proficiency required.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; frequent bending, climbing and stockroom manoeuvring.

At least 1 year of cashier or retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail or high‑volume environments is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
