Coach in Las Vegas, NV seeks a part-time Cashier to manage POS transactions, deliver client service and support retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient and accurate service at the cashwrap; greet customers and create a lasting brand impression.
  • Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, repairs and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure cash-handling accuracy and media management; complete end-of-shift audits and reconcile tills with management.
  • Promote the Insider loyalty program, add-on sales and gift cards to maximize average transaction value.
  • Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor and report equipment or supply issues promptly.
  • Assist with onboarding, training and informal coaching of fellow cashiers to uphold service and operational standards.
  • Follow loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies when handling damaged goods and repairs.
  • Perform routine physical tasks including lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending and stockroom movement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and transactional reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile retail technology and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to perform regular physical tasks associated with retail operations (lifting, bending, climbing).
  • Strong spoken English proficiency.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
